Raid experience: Have you raided before, what raids? If you havent raided before, what are your special thriumps for us to pick you up?

I started playing this game in 2004, on my father's account. All the raids i have participated in have been in the company of my father as a tank, and me being a Fury warrior.
I did not really contribute to the raids at the time, for i was very young and hardly had any game knowledge.
In November 2008 i joined the guild Ascension on Tarren Mill EU, i raided with them throughout entire WoTLK and part Cata(mostly 4.2)
In 4.3 i moved to Defias Brotherhood, joined the guild Diffusion and raided Dragon Soul HC with them, server 3rd Deathwing HC(10)
Raided MSV, HoF and ToES with Diffusion. Did not raid ToT until late patch.

As we are a Social-guild with casual raiding, we hope our players will understand english and only use it in puplic channels. How can you handle the language?
