Character knowledge.

Stat priority: Spirit (until comfortable), Intellect, Haste (with 3 breaking points, first at 871, second at 3764, third at 5676), Mastery (50%), Crit.  

A little of your rotation:

On self Always keep up Water shield and Earthliving weapon.

Single target healing:
Earth shield (maintain on tank),
Riptide (keep up on as many as targets as possible, which give's Tidal Waves)
The next 4 kinds of heals depends on the situation,
Healing Wave (to heal moderate damage)
Greater Healing Wave ( use only if the damage is to high for moderate heal)
Unleash Elements + Greater healing wave (for large and efficent heal)
Healing Surge (for saving almost dead people)

Aoe Healing:

Earth shield (on player who gets the most dmg/mostly tank)
Riptide (keep up on as many as targets as possible, which give's Tidal Waves)
Healing Rain (use to heal high raid dmg, prefferable at 5-6 players)
Chain Heal ( only if a minimum of 3 players are near, and prefferable on targets with Riptide or Earth Shield)

Raid experience:

I started raiding in The Lich King expansion, as a Deathknight Blood tank. On my Dk i tanked Naxxramas, Ulduar and ICC 10/25.  
Later on i got into raiding on my warlock which did ICC 10/25 on HC.

With multiple characters i did the Dragon Soul lfr and now the pandaria ones.

With my warlock i cleard The Mogu'shan Faults 10man, And first boss of Hearth of Fear.


As we are a Social-guild with casual raiding, we hope our players will understand english and only use it in puplic channels.
How can you handle the language? Good.

How do you feel repeated mistakes of an individual should be handled?
Give them feedback on it and help them improve, if the misakes go on and on ask the individual why he/she hasnt inproved and try to figure out why.
