Raid experience: Have you raided before, what raids? If you havent raided before, what are your special thriumps for us to pick you up?

Vanilla ->  AHQ20, ZG , MC , BWD. ( i was more of PvP than pve )

The Burning Crusade  -> Karzahan, Grull , Maggy , SSC , TK , MH , BT ( well all besides SWP cos i had a break ) .

Wrath of the Lich King -> Naxx, OS , Eye, Ulduar, TOC , ICC, where i took 2nd LK kill on the realm ( 10 normal ) . ( all content with hcs and almost everything. )

Cataclysm -> BWD, BOT , TOFW , Firelord , 1st realm . ( 10 man ) , DS . And this is when i had to quit wow and give my account. ( Tho Zergoff , my shaman still exists , from raggy hc )

Mists of Pandaria -> Well here i just played a little at the beginning , stopped and resumed in May,April 13' , Cleared TOT , challenger gold , started SoO and stopped after 13/14 , university started. Now i am free once more.

As we are a Social-guild with casual raiding, we hope our players will understand english and only use it in puplic channels. How can you handle the language?

How do you feel repeated mistakes of an individual should be handled?

If one guy stays for example in the fire for 10 seconds always, for 10 tries . Probably gkicked . ( Since being the 10th time , it is presumed that he was explained the other 9 times what to do and how to move,where to move and when to move. )
