Optional offspec: Blood (weird up stats priority (solo spec))

Character knowledge:
Stat priority: Hit + Expertise cap (7.5%) -> Strength -> Mastery -> Haste -> Crit.
Alittle of your rotation: Pillar of Frost -> Apply Dots (Outbreak/Unholy Blight(or manually, Plague strike + Howling Blast) - Obliterate (until all runes are on cooldown EXCEPT when Killing spree procs OR Rime procs, Incase Killing spree procs, Frost Strike has priority over Obliterate as it does more damage. If Rime procs -> Howling Blast. Use pillar of Frost on cooldown, May only wait if Spark of the Zandalar is at 9 Stacks, (Trinket proc - Gives 6k+ Strength) Keep refreshing Dots with (Outbreak/Unholy Blight(or manually, Plague strike + Howling Blast) If enemy is below 35% health Soul Reaper.
Use of Cooldowns:
Army of the Dead, whenever its most useful (During Timewarp/Bloodlust if its casted at the start of combat) Else when the boss is least moving around and/or taking more damage from effects.
Pillar of Frost, On cooldown. Preferably during Spark of the Zandalar proc.
Empower Rune Weapon, Whenever you have downtime in your runes (when they are all on cooldown because no procs etc.)
Anti-Magic Shell: When there is imminent Magic Dmg.
Anti-Magic Zone: When there is magic dmg and we are stacked up.
Icebound Fortitude: To get out of longer stuns, or to prefer physical dmg.

Raid experience: Started raiding ICC, did ICC10 and ICC10 Heroic (cleared 10 bosses on heroic), During Cataclysm I raided normal BWD, BoT, and To4W, followed by Normal Firelands (6/7) and Dragon Soul Cleared.) In MoP: Mogushan 6/6 Heart of Fear 1/6 (due to inactivity of the guild which I then left.)

As we are a Social-guild with casual raiding, we hope our players will understand english and only use it in puplic channels. How can you handle the language: Fluently.

How do you feel repeated mistakes of an individual should be handled: No idea. Never been in a really strict raiding guild,
